How to Apply
- Use the most up-to-date application form that can be downloaded or printed here.
- Review the Submission Guidelines to ensure the charity meets all the Foundation’s requirements.
- Complete all of the requested information in the application. Please make sure to include the family member sponsoring the application, the organization’s EIN and most recent year’s revenue. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed or approved.
- Submit the application directly to the person that is sponsoring your organization for a potential grant, preferably electronically in a single .pdf file.
- Applications are reviewed by the board after each quarterly deadline. Organizations may be contacted for additional information and will be notified once a decision has been made.
