Grant Application Submission Dates

Family members who wish to nominate an organization for a grant should work with their selected charity to complete the grant application.
When submitting a grant application, please consider the following:
- Use the most up-to-date application form that can be downloaded from the Grant Application page.
- Review the Foundation Focus page to ensure the charity meets all of the foundation requirements.
- Make sure all the required information is included with the application.
- Submit the application to one of the directors or Email the submission to the Foundation EMail address.
- The application should be submitted by the dates shown above, preferably in a single .pdf file.
- The list of directors can be found on the Board of Directors page; Email addresses can be found on the Contact Us page.
